The best way to cook steak
This time, I prepared thicker beef brains.
Remove the water with kitchen paper.
Slightly slide a few shallow cuts on the exterior of the steak.
Salt and pepper the steak
Fry the steak first in the pan with the juices.
Heat the oil until the steak is under running water.
Fry until browned on both sides, 1 minute per side.
Remove from pan and cool for 1-2 minutes.
Minute parsley, mince garlic and about 15ml olive oil
After the steaks are fried coat them with the sauce from step 4.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees while preparing the steak.
Place the steak in the oven and heat the top and bottom tubes at 180 degrees for 30 minutes
After 15 minutes, baste with the sauce, then bake for another 10 minutes, then turn over and baste with the sauce again.
After baking, let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing and plating.
