How to solve the problem of diesel car not catching fire
The diesel engine can't catch fire mainly for the following reasons: 1. Oil supply problem. The oil supply time is wrong, too early or too late. 2. The nozzle atomization is not good, and the oil pump pressure is not enough. 3. The oil circuit is not smooth, the diesel filter element is blocked or there is too little diesel under the filter element. There is something wrong with the quality of diesel oil, such as water and engine oil in diesel oil. 5. The fuel injector fixing bolt is loose. The fuel injector on the cylinder head leaks air and should be tightened. 2. Compression problem 1. Excessive wear of piston ring. When the crankshaft rotates, there is air leakage in the engine block (such as low oil shell), which is mostly caused by the piston ring. You can add some clean engine oil to the cylinder. If the compression force is obviously improved after adding, the piston ring should be replaced. If the diesel engine can't catch fire, it may be that the engine oil circuit is not smooth, so it is necessary to check whether the engine oil circuit is smooth. If you hear the squeak of the injector, it proves that there is nothing wrong with the oil circuit. Cylinder compression, check cylinder compression. If the flywheel can still rotate after releasing the pressure relief device, it means that there is something wrong with cylinder compression. It is necessary to replace the cylinder piston and piston ring. Lubricating oil should be replaced in time, too viscous lubricating oil is not conducive to the smooth start of the engine. Check whether there is air in the oil pump. If there is air in the oil pump, the diesel engine will not start. When the temperature is too low in winter, the diesel engine will not start in the morning, and it is difficult to get up in the morning to make a fire. Please pay attention at this time. First, turn the car key to the' ON' position, there will be a glow plug on the dashboard, and the diesel preheating warning light will light up. Wait about 10 second. This is a warning of insufficient heat in glow plug. Then, step on the clutch accelerator, turn the key to the bottom to refuel, and observe whether the oil supply is smooth. Usually the oil supply is not smooth at this time. Just repeat the same action several times. The problem we should pay attention to here is that the illumination time is short when the temperature is high and slightly longer in winter. Another problem that needs attention is not to strike the fire too often. Find someone to push the battery when it is dead, so pay attention to the ignition skills. Solution to diesel engine misfire: 1. Diesel engine fire may be caused by low temperature, which leads to poor fluidity of diesel oil, so low-temperature high-grade diesel oil can be replaced; 2. When the ambient temperature is about 0 degrees, it is suggested to replace it with diesel with negative 10; When the ambient temperature is below minus 5 degrees, it should be changed to minus 20 degrees; When the environment is low, turn diesel at MINUS 30. Another possibility is battery power loss, which is often encountered in cold areas. Solution: you can start the car by pulling the car, and then charge the battery through the engine; 3. If the diesel oil is replaced or there is a problem, check whether the air filter is blocked. If the air filter is blocked, it will affect the intake of the engine, so it will affect the ignition. Detecting the performance of spark plug is related to the working performance and efficiency of the whole vehicle. Whether there is engine oil in the high-pressure pipe; if there is no engine oil, check whether there is engine oil blockage or fuel pump failure. If there is oil, it is necessary to check the atomization performance of the injector.
