Practice: Prepare the above required ingredients, wash the rape selectively, soak it in salt water for a quarter of an hour, then split it in two by hand, wash the shrimp, remove the shrimp line, then put it in a bowl, marinate it with cooking wine, salt, starch, onion, ginger and garlic for half an hour, put the marinated shrimp in a plate, add soy sauce and water, then put it in a steamer, boil the water, steam it for five minutes, and put it in a fire. Put the steamed shrimp into a rape dish, then mix the juices, take a bowl, pour in water, starch, salt and cooking wine, and stir evenly to make a sauce. Put the cooking oil into a pot, heat the oil, stir the sauce evenly, then turn off the fire, and then pour the sauce on the shrimp rape.
