Accessories; Appropriate amount of salt, vinegar, mashed garlic, sesame oil and coriander.
1. Thaw the diced scallops, as shown in the figure below.
2. Pour cold water into the pot, and pour diced scallops into low heat, as shown below.
3. When the water temperature reaches the hand temperature, pour a little salt, as shown below.
Don't wait for the water in the pot to boil before taking out the tape. Just wait until the scallops change color and the meat is firm, as shown below.
5. Pour the mashed garlic, coriander powder, vinegar and sesame oil into the dish, as shown in the figure below.
