Origin China Hainan Island Diaoluoshan Jianfengling low-altitude plains and hilly areas, mostly growing in the sunny place of Diaoluoshan at an altitude of 100 meters. Because of its slow timber, solid wood and beautiful patterns, it has been listed as one of the five famous trees and a national first-class protected plant.

2. Huang Huali, Myanmar, whose scientific name is Rhoda rosewood, is mainly produced in Indo-China Peninsula of Southeast Asia and belongs to rosewood in the national standard of mahogany.
