Ingredients: bean sprouts, chicken leg meat, taro, preserved eggs, lunch meat.
Practice:
1. Add onion, ginger and garlic, and stir-fry preserved eggs and lunch meat for a while.
2. Add chicken legs and stir-fry to change color
3. Pour a bowl of water, add a little salt and oyster sauce, and cook for 5min.
4. Add bean sprouts and shredded konjac, and cook for 2 minutes.
