1. Wash the duck for later use.
2. Chop pepper and garlic.
3. Mash pepper and garlic with proper amount of salt.
4. Spread the mashed pepper and garlic evenly on the duck for pickling.
5. Mix the oil and rice in the pot.
6. Put the salted duck in the pot.
7. Then cover the pot and turn on a small fire until yellow smoke comes out.
8. Finished smoked duck.
