Required materials: 2 eggplants, 2 tomatoes, garlic, salt, chicken essence, soy sauce and oil.
The manufacturing steps are as follows:
Wash eggplant and cut it into thick slices about 3-4 cm;
Prepare tomatoes, wash and cut into pieces, peel garlic and cut into fine powder for later use;
Add proper amount of cooking oil to the hot pot, fry the eggplant slices until golden on both sides, take them out and put them in a bowl for later use;
Stir-fry garlic in a pot, add tomato pieces, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence, and cook until rotten.
Add some water, when the water boils, put the fried eggplant into the pot, pour the juice on the eggplant, turn the eggplant over with a spatula, let the juice and eggplant fully blend, and cook until the juice becomes thick.
