Specific operation
Cut about 4 taels of beef into thick slices and put it in a basin. Cut 1 piece of tofu skin into 4 small pieces, stack them and cut into thin strips, and put them in a basin.

Put a little vegetable oil in the pot, add beef and stir-fry until the water is dry. Add 2 grams of salt and 2 grams of spicy spicy soup (spicy spicy soup can be purchased in supermarkets), add the base flavor, and stir-fry over low heat for one minute. Add a few drops of dark soy sauce to adjust the color and stir-fry a few times.

Then add vermicelli, stir and cook for 2 minutes. Add appropriate amount of water starch and stir evenly. The water starch can be added several times to make the soup orderly and gradually become rich and viscous. (You can also use gluten-washing soup, which tastes better)
After the soup boils, first scoop a spoonful of soup into the basin, slide the soup basin, and then pour it back into the pot, then turn off the soup. It's on fire. This step is also taught by the master chef in order to prevent the spicy soup from "watering down".
Finally, pour the cooked spicy spicy soup into the soup basin, sprinkle with a little chopped green onion, pour a few drops of sesame oil and mature vinegar, and the soup is ready.
