Ingredients: Chinese cabbage 200g, cauliflower150g.
Accessories: oil, salt, soy sauce, allspice powder, pepper, ginger, garlic, carrot, fungus and garlic.
Steps:
1. Wash and slice Chinese cabbage.
2. Wash the cauliflower and tear it into small flowers.
3. Slice carrots, shred garlic seedlings, shred ginger, slice garlic and wash agaric for later use.
4. Pour the oil in the pot, and add ginger and garlic when it is 70% hot.
5. Then add the cabbage and cauliflower, stir fry for two minutes, and pour in the right amount of soy sauce.
