1. Use yeast to make the dough. Separately used rose powder, lotus leaf powder, steamed groundnut and in the flour. Make a dough and ferment.
2. The fermented dough can be made into different shapes.
1. Rose Buns: Roll out the dough into long strips and petal shaped, make the center of the flower, roll it up and cut the center with a knife to make two buns.
2. Cross Buns: Make two pieces of dough of different colors, roll out the big dough and wrap it around the small dough, then cut out the cross flower with a knife on the north side.
3. Place the buns one by one into the pot
4. Steam for about 15 minutes after the steam comes out.
