Rock sugar rice vinegar garlic

1. Get new garlic ready.
2. Remove the skin from the new garlic; soak it in salt water for half an hour; then rinse it with clean water.
3. Drain and dry thoroughly.
4. Prepare rice vinegar and rock sugar.
5. Pour the dried new garlic into the container.
6. Add rock sugar (you can crush it first); pour in rice vinegar.
7. Completely soak the new garlic in rice vinegar.
8. Cover the mouth of the container with plastic wrap; seal and store in a cool, dry place. It can be eaten after one month.
