1. Ingredients: dried shrimp and vermicelli.
2. Wash the dried shrimps and soak them in warm water for 30 minutes.
3. Wash the vermicelli and soak it in hair.
4. Add appropriate amount of pepper and fish sauce to the soaked vermicelli.
5. Mix well and marinate for a while.
6. Place the soaked dried shrimps on the vermicelli.
7. Pour in the water used to soak the dried shrimps.
8. Put it in a pot and steam over high heat for 8 minutes.
