Hot Dried Pork Shredded Pork Step by Step
Step 1. Cut the dried white shreds as you go and place them in a basin full of water so that they spread out and don't stick together
Step 2. Rinse the cut juliennes four or five times, then scald them in a pot of boiling water, lift them up, and then submerge them in a basin full of water
Step 3. Soak the seaweed, rinse and cut the scallions into large pieces
Step 4. Heat the oil in a pan, and when the oil is 30% hot, sauté the seaweed and scallions over medium heat until the scallions are browned
