Stick Chicken is prepared as follows:
1, blanch chicken thighs and cook them.
2, remove and pass through cool boiling water.
3, after cool, remove the chicken thigh bone, gently pounded with a wooden stick, so that the meat becomes fluffy, and then use your hands to split the meat into thin shreds into a plate.
4, with salt, soy sauce, sugar, garlic paste, balsamic vinegar, pepper, monosodium glutamate, chili oil, sesame oil, sesame sauce into a sauce.
