How to make European pumpkin soup (salty)?
Wash the pumpkin and remove the seeds (because I eat it with the skin on, so I wash the surface with salt)
Cut it into pieces and boil it in water
Cook for about 10-15 minutes
While cooking the pumpkin, cut the onion into small pieces
Put a little oil in the pot and fry the onion until translucent
