Drunken Pork Ribs
A little wine and an appropriate amount of sesame seeds
Production steps
1. Cut the pork chops into small pieces about 1 inch long, mix well with rice wine and salt, then mix evenly with appropriate amounts of cornstarch and water;
2. Mix light soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, rice wine, garlic and chopped green onion into juice and set aside;
3. Heat up the pan, add oil, and when it is six times cooked, put the pork chops piece by piece into the pan and fry until it forms a crust. Remove the sticks and remove the scraps. When the oil temperature rises to 70%, remove the pork chops. Fry again in the pot until the shell is crispy, take it out and put it into a slightly larger bowl (for mixing the seasoning);
4. Quickly pour the prepared sauce into the fried pork ribs, stir evenly, then serve on a plate and top with cooked sesame seeds.
