Water 150 grams

How to Make Tug Noodles ?
Put the flour in the pot, you can increase or decrease according to the serving size
Put the water in a small bowl and add salt! Just melt the salt and water together! If it's cold, you can use slightly warmer water!
Pour the water with one hand and mix the flour with the other! There's no standard amount of water, as long as the dough is not too soft or too hard!
The water should be added little by little! You can't put it in all at once!
Until you get a smooth dough
Cover it with a lid! Or just cover the dough with a wet not! Wake up! In summer, an hour in advance! Or you can just live the dough before cooking! When the weather is cold, you need to let it rise two or three hours in advance! The longer you let the dough rise, the stronger it will be and the better it will pull!
When the dough has risen, knead it a couple more times! Take a ball of dough! The first thing you need to do is to roll out the dough into a rectangular sheet! It's about 1cm thick!
Take a rolling pin and cut it into strips!

Take out the noodles and put the marinade on top!
You can also put your favorite dishes in cool water and fry them!
Tips
Flour amount, water, are not very strict grams! As long as the softness is moderate! Than dumpling dough, to be soft! Salt is a little bit, not too much, more than the surface is too strong not good drag!
