Tips
Dried winter bamboo shoots should be soaked in advance, for example, they should be cooked tomorrow, and soaked before going to bed tonight, otherwise they won't be cooked rotten, and even they won't bite open. If they are soaked, they will taste crisp and tender, like eating pork tripe, hehe.
