200g of mussel meat, 80g of black beans, two (dried) cuttlefish, 40g of tea seed oil, 2g of salt, 20g of cooking wine, ginger 1 block, pot and spoon.
II. Methods/Steps
1, food preparation.
2, the cuttlefish is soaked in hot water, and the black beans are also soaked for about an hour.
3, soaked cuttlefish, go to the film, go to the bones, go to the internal organs.
