2. Tofu soup. Ingredients: 250 grams of soft tofu, appropriate amounts of salt, monosodium glutamate, and sesame oil. Method: Cut the soft tofu into thick slices. Take a soup pot and add water. Pour in the tofu first and add appropriate amount of fine salt. After boiling the soup over high heat, continue to boil for 5 minutes, add MSG, drizzle with sesame oil, and serve in a bowl.
3. Seaweed soup. Ingredients: 25 grams of dried seaweed, refined salt, MSG, chopped green onion, and sesame oil. Method: Soak the dried seaweed and wash away the sediment with water. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring to a boil, add seaweed and cook for a while, add refined salt, monosodium glutamate, and chopped green onion to mix well, pour in sesame oil, and serve.
