Operating materials: shrimp, cucumber, chopped green onion, salt, corn starch, chicken essence and black pepper.
1. Dice cucumber, thaw shrimp, then dry water, and add water to corn starch to make water starch. (If you are afraid of the smell of shrimp, you can add lemon juice or yellow wine, white pepper and shredded ginger to marinate for a while. )
2. Pour the oil in the pan and stir-fry the chopped green onion.
3. Pour in shrimps and stir fry, and add ground black pepper or white pepper to taste.
4. Stir-fry the shrimp until it changes color, and pour in the cucumber and stir-fry.
5. Add salt and chicken essence to taste, pour in water starch, and turn to high heat to thicken.
6. Stir well and serve.
