Step 1
Prepare the ingredients: 150 grams of dry peas, 65 grams of granulated sugar, water.

Wash the dried peas several times with water, add 3-4 times the volume of water and soak for 3-4 hours.

Pour the soaked peas into a pot along with the water and bring to a boil over high heat.

Pour the boiled peas into the cooker, then add granulated sugar and water and puree.

Place a pan on a high heat, pour the pea puree into the pan, bring to the boil, then turn the heat down and keep stirring. Stir-fry until the pea puree thickens.

Pour the mashed peas into a tupperware container, smoothing it out as much as possible, and place it in the fridge for 4 hours.
