1. Mulberries freshly picked from the tree are dark in color and have soft and juicy pulp. There is no need to wash them in water.
2. Use low-alcohol double rice wine to soak. You can also use other wines, depending on personal preferences.
3. Appropriate amount of rock sugar.
4. The glass jar used for brewing wine should be soaked in boiling hot water. If there is no disinfectant tablet, you can put salt instead of cleaning it.
5. Pour the mulberries, wine, and rock sugar into the jar one by one.
6. After about a week, you can drink it.
