How to make Clear Chicken Meatball Soup ?
In a cooking bowl, add minced chicken with sieved silken tofu and onion and mix well, then add soy sauce and cornstarch and mix well to vigorously.
Sprinkle a little water or oil on your hands and squeeze the minced meat into a round shape with the palm of your hand or repeatedly smash it into a round shape.
Place in lightly simmering water and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
