Ingredients for Jambalaya
3 cups of rice 5-10 mushrooms
1 section of carrot 250g of chicken
1 ham sausage 1 potato
An appropriate amount of onion 1 bell pepper
An appropriate amount of rice 2 eggs
How to make jambalaya
Step 1
p>First dice the potatoes, carrots, ham sausage, peppers, mushrooms, and cut the green onions into sections for later use. The chicken is bought from the vegetable market and has already been seasoned. If it is unseasoned chicken, cut the chicken into pieces. Ding, add cooking wine, oil, salt, light soy sauce and ginger and marinate for 20 minutes
Step 2
Put in oil first and fry the chicken. You can add less oil and add later When frying the ham and mushrooms, add a little more oil, and finally add the carrots and potatoes to fry. Add a little more oil, and then add salt (you can add more, because you don’t need to add salt when you put it in the rice cooker later). Then add dark soy sauce to adjust the color, and finally add chicken essence and oil and stir-fry evenly. It doesn't need to be stir-fried for long, because it has to be cooked in the rice cooker.
Step 3
Then mix the washed rice, vegetables and bell peppers evenly. Remember to mix evenly, otherwise the rice will not be tasty enough
Step 4
Then add enough water to cover the vegetables. Don’t add too much. Unless you have a lot of rice, it will just be a pot of porridge.
Step 5
After the circuit breaker trips, crack the eggs in, sprinkle a little salt on top of the eggs, sprinkle with chopped green onion, then press the button to cook, and wait for it to trip.
Step 6
The delicious jambalaya is ready.

I am cooking for two people. If there is only one person, all the ingredients can be halved.
