Methods for Stir-Frying Walnuts with Sugar
1.
Heat the wok and pour in the cleaned walnuts to stir-fry them quickly until the water is removed.

Stir-fry the walnuts until lightly charred, then remove from the pan and allow to cool.

Pour a small bowl of water into the pot and bring to a boil.

Pour the sugar into the boiling water according to your preference. (I put at least six tablespoons)

Boil until bubbles form in the pot, that means the sugar sauce is ready.

Pour in the dried walnuts and keep stirring.

When the walnuts are stir-fried until the bubbles in the pan are almost gone, pour in the raisins and continue to stir fry quickly. Turn off the heat quickly when the raisins are also coated with the sugar sauce.

Sprinkle a small handful of goji berries into the walnuts before removing from the pan.

The more sugar you put in, the more white frosting will be wrapped around the walnuts. It's up to your personal preference to put in the sugar, oh, not too much.
