I am also Guilin people, chili sauce on the choice of Huaqiao brand, the old brand, I grew up eating. Now generally in the supermarket and other places it is difficult to buy that kind of special original flavor especially authentic, and a lot of imitation brand. Either go to the market to sell sauce place to look for, the odds are better. There are glass bottles and small jars, but I always buy glass bottles, the color on the label is blue, white and red, you can see the inside. It's cheap, about 2.5-4 bucks or so, maybe 5 or 6 bucks for the better packaged ones.
