Steps
1. Wash the squid and remove the inner skin and outer membrane;
2. Boil water, add squid rings and blanch for 2 minutes; remove and drain the water Set aside;

Tips
1. Blanch winter bamboo shoots and add salt, which tastes better and has a better effect of removing bitterness;
2. Blanching squid rings does not require much time If it takes too long, just remove the fishy smell;
3. If you don’t eat chili, you don’t need to add chili.
