Directions1. Wash the beef steak, and absorb the water with a kitchen paper towel.
2. Sprinkle both sides of the steak with a little salt and black pepper.
3. Pour in a little bit of Miriam and marinate for about half an hour.
4. Home grow some western spices, use scissors to cut off a sprig of rosemary, wash and spare.
5. Heat a stainless steel pan, pour in the olive oil, and fry the rosemary.
6. Add the marinated steak to the pan and sauté on low heat for two minutes.
7. Turn the steak over and sear for another minute. (
8. Pour the black pepper sauce on the steak, put rosemary and a few slices of tomato, and garnish with a little sprig of French toast.
