This pair of dog father and son are called Du Pi and Du Bao. It is the third version of the "Tom and Jerry" cartoon and was first broadcast on CCTV in 1992.
The Tom and Jerry series is divided into three versions.
First version. : Tom and Jerry don't fight each other. They help and love each other. The first episode is on a boat. A captain asked the two of them to work. The one who did the best job would be kept, and the one who didn't do the best job would be thrown overboard. They just work hard. In the end Tom won. The captain asked Tom to throw Jerry overboard. But Tom hid Jerry in the hat, and Jerry survived. Another thing I remember is that the two of them were responsible for recovering the stolen dinosaur bones from a museum. In the end, they brought the bones that the dogs had eaten back to the museum.
Second version: This version is too familiar. It’s what we commonly see. It's like Jerry was born to mess with Tom. Endless chasing all day long.
Third version: I’m afraid only CCTV has the information. Playing now. Also called Little Tom and Jerry
It is divided into two parts. The distinction can only start from the title. The beginning of the previous chapter is that Tom and Jerry emerged from a ball. Tom put Jerry on a plane made of paper and threw it out. Tom wanted to catch it, but unexpectedly he sat on the bucket. Tom played the guitar and Jerry danced with banana peels.
The next chapter is about Tom chasing Jerry to a construction site. The dogs there are all building houses. Tom's arrival gave them a jump.
The third version added the old wolf and the beauty as well as a pair of dwarf puppies and their son (Du Pi, Du Bao).
