Lanzhou Lamian Noodles:
Ingredients: beef tendon, Lamian Noodles, coriander, garlic sprout, salt, chicken essence, ginger, star anise, pepper, dried pepper, shallot, tsaoko and pepper;
1. Clean the beef, remove the blood from it, put it in a pot, add water to cook, skim the oil foam floating on the surface after boiling, then turn it slightly, and then skim the oil foam again for about ten minutes.
2. Put the prepared seasoning, onion ginger, tsaoko, aniseed, cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper, red pepper and rock sugar in the pot, and you can put a few cloves;
3. Cook for 40 minutes with low fire until the beef is boiled and then boiled for 10 minutes, and the prepared green radish is cut into pieces;
4. Prepare another pot, put half the boiled soup and half the clear water, put the radish slices in and cook, and add pepper powder, chicken essence, salt and monosodium glutamate at the same time, and start cooking with high fire;
