Accessories: ginger, refined salt and edible oil.
1. Wash the beef and cut it into large pieces. Peel the potatoes and cut them into hob pieces.
2. Put water in the pot, add the beef pieces, cook on low heat for 10 minutes, then take out and remove the blood foam.
