Practice:
1.Wash the duck's chin, marinate it with salt and pepper 10-20 minutes, and pat the raw flour. Cut the red pepper, chop the ginger and garlic, and dice the onion.
2. Remove the oil from the pan, heat it to medium-high temperature, put the duck's chin in, turn to low heat after high fire 1 min, and fry until the skin is fragrant and crisp.
3. Control the oil in the pot, add flavor and color to the duck chin with soy sauce, and put it into the dish.
4. Drop the oil in the pan, add red pepper, ginger, garlic and chopped green onion, saute until fragrant, add salt and water to taste, and pour it on the duck's chin.
