Try it with your hands until the milk reaches the temperature of your hands.
Boil a pot of boiling water, be sure to boil it. Pour it into a stewing beaker of about 100ml to sterilize the cup. Cover it and shake it back and forth to let hot water penetrate into every corner. At the same time, I also heated the cup, poured out the hot water and cooled it to 35-45 degrees. I can measure it with a thermometer. When I am proficient, I will measure it by hand.
Add10g of fine sugar to the milk. In fact, this sugar can be added in the process of heating milk. Stir with a hand mixer to melt the sugar. If you like sugar-free yogurt, this step can be omitted.
Yogurt starter, I always use this brand, 8 bacteria. Other brands are also acceptable. One bag is one gram. Here, about 0.5g is used for 500ml yogurt. Visually check half a bag.
Pour half a bag of fermented bacteria into warm milk and continue to stir with an eggbeater until it is completely melted.

After the milk is mixed, the temperature of the cup reaches 40 degrees by hand, and then the milk can be poured into the cup.
Pour it all out. Fill it up.
Seal the beaker and put it down. This is also to make the milk fully fermented.
All right, let the cup stay overnight. Usually it takes 8 hours to ferment. I always do it at night, so it will take about 10 hours until the next morning.
After the yogurt is fermented, pour the milk in the cup into the small yogurt cup. This kind of cup is about 4-5. When it was first poured out, the yogurt was warm and thin. Sealed and refrigerated, I will put it all day and come back from work at night. Yogurt made with this formula will be sucked. Not as thick as old-fashioned yogurt, but a little thicker than momchilovtsi. You can also add homemade jam if you like. I added homemade passion fruit honey, which was really delicious.
