Ingredients: 100 grams of rice.
Accessories: 100 grams of oyster mushrooms, 1 spoon of salt, 2 eggs, 1 tomato, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 chive, appropriate amount of vegetable oil, and appropriate amount of water.
Steps:
1. Break the oyster mushrooms into small florets, wash and drain.
2. Cut the chives into mince, peel the tomatoes and cut them into chunks.
3. Brush a little vegetable oil into the pot, add egg liquid and spread it into egg skin.
4. Cut the cooled egg skin into strips and set aside.
5. Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the pot, add the chopped tomatoes and stir-fry.
6. When the tomatoes are slightly juiced, add the oyster mushrooms and stir-fry quickly.
7. Add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat.
8. Add salt and oyster sauce.
9. Pour the rice into the pot.
10. Cook to your liking, then add the egg skin. I prefer the rice to be softer, so cook it longer.
