The official name of "creamer" is "vegetable cream", so it is not extracted from fresh milk. The formula of creamer is mainly corn syrup and partially hydrogenated vegetable oil, and coconut oil is the most commonly used. Other ingredients include emulsifiers such as sodium caseinate and lecithin, which have the function of emulsifying and lubricating fat. The color of creamer comes from food pigments, and the flavor of milk comes from artificial spices.
