1, seasonal arrangement?
When the temperature is stable at 12℃-24℃ or higher, it is the best bagging season, generally from September to 10 in autumn. At this time, inoculation does not need heating, and the survival rate is high. After 40-50 days of culture, mycelium covers the bag. When the temperature rises, the bag will be buried in the soil, and the first batch of mushrooms will soon grow.
2. Preparation of culture medium
Preparation method: Weigh the ingredients, then turn them into an even mixture, and check whether there is water after stacking for 2 hours. The water content is about 65%, that is, the water droplets formed between the hands grasping the culture do not fall. When you are ready, you can bag and inoculate. The polypropylene bag is full of 17× 45cm, and there is no cotton bag at the back of two sets of collars. Disinfection and inoculation are carried out as usual.
3. Fungal culture
Put the inoculation bag into a pre-sterilized culture room. Adjust the temperature of the bag between 20℃ and 25℃. Normal mycelium is cultured for 40-60 days.
4. External scaffolding
After the mycelium of termitomycetes is physiologically mature, it should be moved to the field of mushroom shed. The field requires north-south orientation, flat terrain, fertile and acidic soil, and the courtyard in front of the house can also be used as a farming site. Make it into a bed, the width is 0- 100 cm, and the length depends on the site. Pull out the table and make a concave bed, width 15 cm.
Chicken termites like acidic environment, so it is not suitable to sprinkle lime powder for disinfection, but appropriate amount of carbendazim or thiophanate can be sprinkled.
5. Cultivation management
When nail-shaped or coral-like tumor spots with the size of rice grains appear on the wall of the fungus bag full of hyphae, the tube membrane of the fungus bag is removed, and the fungus bag is placed in a bed with an unlimited length of 60 cm in width and 25 cm in depth, and the distance between the fungus sticks is 2-3 cm. Generally, after 30-40 days of culture, the fruiting body of termitomycetes can break through the ground.
6. Mushroom management
The fruiting time of termitomycetes is generally from June to 65438+1October in summer and autumn. The optimum temperature is controlled at 24℃-28℃. When the temperature is high, the sunshade will be thickened at the top of the shed, shallow water will be stored in the furrow, and water will be sprayed in the shed in the morning and evening. Ducklings often bite mushrooms during the period of fruiting, which can be captured manually.
