Practice of honey kumquat rock sugar

Step 1

Cut kumquat seeds and chop them.

Second step

Use only half a lemon and chop it (remove the white part between the peel and pulp).

Third step

Add more water to the pot, about 400g, add kumquat, lemon and rock sugar, and cook slowly over medium heat.

Fourth step

Boil until the water is dry, and keep stirring. Then cook until it is thick.

Step five

After cooling, pour in honey and stir well.
