Once upon a time, we had people in our company who came in to deliver bought-out bento lunches. The first day they came they showed up at noon with their dishes, first letting the employees try their dishes, then going in to talk directly to management, and when management came out to ask what they thought, the crowd had already eaten up all the other people's dishes (which were indeed very tasty).
They are very good at what they do, and after we signed a contract with them, they gave all of their employees a plastic lunch box, so everyone was happy to have their own eating utensils. Moreover, they do a good mix of meat and vegetables, meat dishes are usually stewed beef or chicken thighs, a very large piece of cuts, vegetarian dishes may not have a little meat in it, but looking at a large chunk of meat steak will feel that the meat is already a lot of meat.
The main thing is that the taste is very light, for people working in office buildings, light dishes are easier to recognize. Correspondingly, they will provide pickles every time to let us adjust the flavor ourselves. And they will "give" some small food, such as boiled corn, dumplings for Dragon Boat Festival, Lantern Festival, beef jerky, cut cucumber and radish, etc. Many female employees are very appreciative of them. Many female employees are interested in their complimentary snacks, and for some time we even speculate about what is being served today. They'll even be careful to leave a green arrow if the meal includes something smelly like scallions or garlic.
This bento has left quite an impression on me, and there have been many times when other bento take-outs have tried to steal business from us, but they've been beaten to the punch - because all the staff agree that they deserve to be rewarded for their thoughtfulness with a "one-for-all" delivery.
