Preparation steps:

1, wash green olives first.
2. Boil the olives in boiling water for 30 minutes, cool them in air, remove the seeds and chop them.
3. Take out the head of prune, wash it, then separate the stem and leaves of the prune and cut it into small pieces of about 2cm. They are cooked separately because the leaves are easy to cook.

6: Heat a pan and add peanut oil. When the oil is hot, put down the olives and trim the stems. Add salt, soy sauce and sugar and cook slowly for about 40 minutes. Then put down the leaves of the plums.
7. Add plum leaves and continue to cook slowly, stirring from time to time to avoid sticking to the pan. Boil for about 40 minutes, add a little chicken essence, continue to stir fry and turn off the heat.
8, after cooling, put into a sealed jar.
