2. Burdock washes the epidermis.
Peel.
4. Shred.
Prepare a basin of clean water.
6. Put the cut silk in.
7. Soak for 5 minutes and remove the water control.
8. Put it in a bigger basin.
9. Pour in a little cooking oil and its flour.

1 1. Rub cooking oil on the grate to avoid sticking to the pan. Boil water in a steamer, and evenly spread the mixed burdock shreds on the grate.
12. After steaming for ten minutes, stir with chopsticks and steam for another five minutes to avoid being undercooked.
13. Oil chili pepper, with onion, ginger and garlic, Chili noodles, salted salt and sesame seeds.
14. Mix in Chili oil.
