Tools/Materials: 500g beef, ginger, onion, cooking wine, soy sauce, rock sugar, star anise, cinnamon, fragrant leaves, salt and water.
1. Wash the beef and cut it into pieces of appropriate size.
2. Add a proper amount of water to the pot, add beef pieces, and add cooking wine to remove the bloody smell.
3. Take out the beef pieces and rinse them with clear water for later use. Add a proper amount of water to the pot, and add seasonings such as beef pieces, ginger slices, green onions, star anise, cinnamon and fragrant leaves.
4, add the right amount of soy sauce, rock sugar, add the right amount of salt, boil and turn to a small fire for slow stew. Stew 1-2 hours or so until the beef becomes crisp and delicious.
5. After turning off the fire, take out the beef pieces, put them in a bowl, and then filter out the impurities in the cooked soup. Pour the soup into the pot, heat it until it boils, and skim off the foam. Pour the soup into a bowl and pour it on the beef slices.
