Standard weight and standard height are as follows:
I. Standard weight
Male: (height cm-80) × 70﹪=standard weight.
Female: (height cm-70) × 60﹪ = standard weight.
Normal weight is plus or minus 10 % of standard weight.
10%-20% is considered as overweight or underweight.
More than plus/minus 20 % of the standard body weight is considered obese or underweight.
Overweight formula.
Overweight % = (actual weight - ideal weight) / (ideal weight) x 100%.
Two, standard height
1, male height = length at birth (centimeters) ÷ 0.2949; female height = length at birth (centimeters) ÷ 0.3109. With this formula should be noted that: only applies to the normal full-term newborns; the measurement of the length data if you can be accurate to 0.1 cm, the prediction of the height will be more accurate.
2, male height = height at 3 years old × 0.545 + parents' average height × 0.544 + 37.69 (cm); female height = height at 3 years old × 0.545 + parents' average height × 0.544 + 25.63 (cm), the human body's standard height prediction formula (the law of inheritance).
Male height = (father's height + mother's height) × 1.08 ÷ 2 (cm).
Female height = (father's height × 0.923 + mother's height) ÷ 2 (centimeters).
Criteria for obesity:
1. Weight well above standard weight. You can use the actual height minus 105 to calculate the standard weight, and if it exceeds 20% of the standard weight, you can be judged as obese.
2. Body mass index (BMI) exceeds the upper limit of normal value. BMI can be calculated to determine whether the obesity, the formula for weight ÷ height of the square. Chinese obese BMI value of 28kg/m2 or more.
3, waist circumference is much higher than normal (male > 90cm, female > 80cm). Waist circumference is one of the important indicators of obesity, when the waist circumference is much higher than normal, generally can be judged as obese.
4, but also through the waist-hip ratio, body fat rate and other indicators to determine whether obesity.
