1. Prepare the required ingredients.
2. Wash and peel the radish and cut into finger-thick strips.

Tips
You don’t need too much oil to burn the clear soup, just a small spoonful is enough. The radish must be roasted in oil in advance and moved to a casserole. After the soup is boiled, simmer slowly for a while on low heat until the soup turns white.
