Ingredients
Main ingredients; 300 grams of flour.
Seasoning: appropriate amount of peanut oil, 5 grams of salt, 2 grams of chicken essence, 1 carrot, 1 gram of pepper, appropriate amount of sesame oil, and 100 grams of shrimp.
How to make chaos
1. Add salt, chicken essence, oil, pepper, minced onion and ginger and a little water to the meat filling, stir well in one direction and set aside.
2. Add flour and water and knead into a dough of moderate hardness. Omit for a while.
3. Roll the dough into a large and thick dumpling wrapper.
4. Cut into triangles with a side length of about 4 cm.
5. Take a piece of dough and put the meat filling on it, fold up one corner, pinch the edges tightly, and then fold it in half.
6. Wrap all the dough.
7. Slice cucumbers and carrots, and mince green onions.
8. Heat the pan with cold oil and sauté the onions and carrots until fragrant, add water and bring to a boil. Add in the shrimp and shrimp and cook for about 10 minutes until cooked. Add cucumber slices, salt, chicken essence, and pepper.
