Steps for making air fryer grilled pork ribs
Step 1
Wash and cut the ribs into pieces, add oyster sauce, white pepper, light soy sauce, and salt and marinate for half an hour to add flavor. Don’t add too many other seasonings because it already tastes great and is healthier. If you like spicy food, you can add some small red pepper rings and marinate them together. The marinated peppers do not need to be put into the fryer. The spiciness has been absorbed during the marinating process of the ribs. Forgot to take the picture. Take this one first.
Step 2
Put the marinated ribs into the frying basket, adjust the temperature to 200 and the time to 20. Just start it. To be lazy, I used tinfoil to cover it for easy cleaning. There really wasn't any oil dripping down, so I could just wipe it clean with a damp cloth. If the tin foil is broken, there is nothing you can do, just wash the pot.
Step 3
After baking for 10 minutes, you can press Pause, take it out and use chopsticks to turn it over, and continue baking for another ten minutes. This way both sides will be golden brown.
Step 4
The grilled pork ribs are so fragrant. The entire process does not require a drop of oil. Just marinate for half an hour, adjust the temperature to 200, bake for 20 minutes, turning once in the middle.

7. Take out a large bowl and add a small amount of slurry into it.
8. Add water to the slurry to form a paste.
9. Coat the marinated ribs with batter and put them in the air fryer.
10. There should be a certain distance between each other, otherwise it will be easy to stick together.

12. When the time is up, turn it over and adjust it to 5-6 minutes.
