Stewed chicken with mushrooms
Ingredients: Lentinus edodes, chicken essence, ginger, cooking wine, salt and chopped green onion.
Exercise:
1. Soak the mushrooms in clean water, wash the chicken and chop it up.
2. Remove the chicken after blanching and slice the ginger for later use.
3. Put the chicken and ginger slices into the pot, add water to the ingredients, cover the pot and bring to a boil, then pour in cooking wine and mushrooms and simmer for 1-2 hours.
4. Finally, add salt and monosodium glutamate to taste, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve.
