Mushroom Baked Toast Directions

Materials

Mushrooms 400g, sour cream 200g, 2 eggs, milk 50ml, plain toast to taste, Oregano leaves to taste, shallots to taste,

White wine 100ml, 1 tomato, 1 onion, unsalted butter chunks to taste, salt to taste, pepper to taste.

Step by step

Heat the fat in a cold pan, add the mushrooms (cut in half) and sauté until the surface is coated with fat.

Add onions (diced) to step 1.

Add white wine to step 2. mix well.

Tomatoes (diced) add to step 3. mix well.

Sour cream (or whipped cream) add to step 4. mix well.

Oregon leaves add to step 5. mix well.

Salt and pepper add to step 6. mix well.

Step 7. Pour into baking dish.

Mix egg, milk and salt and mix well.

Slice plain bread or plain toast and add to step 9. Dip both sides well.

12 portobello mushrooms

1 green bell pepper

Small half of an onion

3 slices of thick cut toast

One small bowl of mozzarella cheese

A pinch of salt

Pinch of black pepper

Moderate amount of ketchup

Spread the toast with a layer of tomato sauce

Slice the portobello mushrooms and dice the peppers and onions. Sauté the onions until browned, then add the portobello mushrooms and sauté until soft and soupy. Sprinkle in a pinch of salt and black pepper. Finally add the green peppers and saute together for two minutes. Spread the sauteed ingredients flat on the toast.

Sprinkle a layer of grated mozzarella cheese and bake in the oven at 150°C for 6-8 minutes to melt the cheese.
