Material: 250g of bamboo shoots.
Seasoning: 5g of onion.
3 grams of ginger
Salt 1 g
Soy sauce 1g
Monosodium glutamate 1g
Vegetable oil 15g

1. First shred 250g fresh bamboo shoots (or bamboo shoots in canned fresh bamboo shoots).
2. Then heat a proper amount of vegetable oil in the pot, stir-fry shredded bamboo shoots, add a little salt, and pour in a proper amount of chicken soup or water.

3. Simmer for 3-5 minutes, sprinkle with monosodium glutamate and stir well.
